Spiny Tidepool

Notes: This Spiny Sun Star was a prize find. Normally found in only the least-exposed tide pools, this one had somehow strayed into one of the most exposed sandy pools on the beach. Watching it "cruise" the tidal pool was disturbing; if I were a mollusk, I would definitely have been scared.
