Split Rock Shores

Location:

Rialto Beach, Olympic National Park, Washington

Notes: Rialto Beach is one of the more famous beaches of Olympic National Park. Just over a mile from the beach parking lot, the pair of sea stacks known as Split Rock sit on the ocean's edge, surrounded by water at high tide, but mostly dry during low tide. Like many of the larger sea stacks in the park, pine trees grow from the rock.
