Dune Lines

Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve, Colorado

Notes: The right angle is everything when taking pictures such as this one. I climbed halfway up a steep dune slope and planted my tripod as firmly as possible in the shifting sands. A bit of wind kindly provided the razor-edge lighting on the left-hand dune, while positioning created the thin sliver of sunlit dune on the upper right.
